x3 Mini Bottle gift pack £15.00

We use hand-picked ingredients such as Rock Samphire from a secret location on the sunny south side of the Island. All the hops we use are grown on the Island too! We want our spirits to be not only fresh, but to capture the true island spirit! Our Coriander seeds are the first to be commercially grown in England.

Our Gin uses an infusion of carefully selected botanicals including Juniper Berries, rock samphire that is hand-picked from the Island’s chalk cliffs and Boadicea hops grown at the famous Ventnor Botanic Garden. Along with English coriander seeds, fresh lemon zest, angelica root, liquorish root, orris root, elderflower and grains of paradise.

1x5cl mini Wight Mermaids Gin

Inspired by the Isle of Wight’s fresh sea air, and that hint of saltiness on your lips after a day on the water. Rock Sea Vodka is a grain distilled vodka, with a subtle addition of rock sea salt for smoothness. Each batch is handcrafted using our column still, filtered and then blended with Isle of Wight spring water in small batches.

Rock Sea Vodka is at 40% ABV, it makes a great foundation for cocktails and a smooth flavour.

The Isle of Wight Distillery is proud to announce a partnership with The National Museum of the Royal Navy to produce, under license, a unique Navy Strength Gin.

The Island-based distillery, that currently produces handcrafted Wight Mermaids Gin, has partnered with the museum to launch a new Navy Strength Gin named after HMS Victory, the Navy’s most illustrious warship. There will also be a special limited edition gin that is both Navy Strength and aged in oak barrels to recreate the taste and style of gin drunk at sea by Naval officers who served at the Battle of Trafalgar.

The Isle of Wight Distillery has commissioned four bespoke barrels that will incorporate pieces of oak from HMS Victory itself. They will be created by England’s only Master Cooper, Alastair Simms who will be working closely with the National Museum of the Royal Navy conservation team in Portsmouth. A percentage of the sales will go to support the ongoing restoration of the Victory.

The Navy Strength Gin has a higher concentration of botanicals resulting in a more intense flavour.

Choc chip cookies drum £3.35

We use a very dark choclate chip in this biscuit. Devotees of them love the bitter bursts of choclate in this more robust texture.

This is our oldest recipe and is a more rustic chunkier style biscuit. The slightly denser texture is achieved by the addition of rolled oats and reminds us of traditional country fare. We can imagine farm workers in a bygone age having them in their nammet (Isle of Wight speak for a lunch box) eating them whilst ploughing or harvesting. A real mans biscuit if ever there was one! One customer liked them so much he insisted that they were used as wedding favours when he married in South Africa.

There are several varieties of Farmhouse cookies, Ginger (a real grown-up taste), hazelnut and sultana (fruity and nutty), dairy cream (smooth and delicious), chocolate chip (for chocoholics) and walnut (a generous helping of nuts). They can be purchased in cellophane packets or drums.

The Fruit Bowl Homemade Jams

Manufacturers of high quality jams

Is a 3 acre smallholding hidden away in the centre of Newchurch village on the Isle of Wight. It is one of the sunniest locations in the UK and is ideal for growing most fruits, particularly soft fruits.

The fruit is grown using traditional methods and environmentally friendly techniques. Definitely no insecticides (because we also have bees on site). We also try to avoid fungicides and artificial fertilisers.

Our jam is all hand made and uses no artificial colouring or preservatives. 85% of the fruit in our final product is grown on-site and so some flavours are not available all year round.
